We now support php 5.3 on all of our linux servers. You should be able to add php 5.3 support to your site using any of the following three methods:
• 1. Rename the extensions of your .php files to .php53
• 2. Login to cPanel then click “Apache Handlers†near the bottom of the screen and put the following in the top two boxes:
Handler: application/x-httpd-php53
Extension(s): php
• 3. The easiest way is just to add the following line anywhere in your .htaccess file:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php53 .php
