We are seeking remote / in-house Customer Service Specialists to assist us with day to day operations of the company.

Duties will include:

  • Promptly answering tickets/emails, phone calls, and live chats in a polite and professional manner
  • Being knowledgeable of product/service offerings
  • Answering pre-sales questions about products/services
  • Process new orders including entering data into appropriate systems and dispatching service orders to employees/contractors
  • Billing work including generating invoices, collecting payments, and collections calls
  • Researching potential leads and entering them into CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a Technical Support position.

HOURS will be Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

MUST have strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
